Truffle Balls

Ingredients:

1/2 kg unsalted butter
1 kg fondant
2 kg dark chocolate
400 g cocoa powder
Method:
1. Cream butter with fondant till blended smooth.
2. Melt chocolate on a double boiler,take off from heat and keep aside.Let
it cool.
3. Add the melted chocolate which is at room temperature.Pipe on butter papper.keep in cooler to set.
4. Once set,rool them into balls and rool in cocoa powder.
