Ingredents:

4 eggs
150 g sugar
220 g dark chocolate
220 g butter
120 g flour
Method
1.Whip eggs with sugar till it reaches the ribbon stage.(when you lift
the whisk it should leave a foamy trail.)
2. Melt chocolate with butter on a double boiler until smooth.
3. Fold in melted chocolate along with the flour into the whipped eggs.
4. Pour the mix in a greased and dusted mould. Bake at 200o C for 12 min.
5. Serve turned upside down with mocha sauce and vanilla ice-cream.
